Carrera

Letissier estudio teatru n'École normale supérieure de Lyon (ENS Lyon), treslladándose a París en 2010, onde concluyó los sos estudios. Adoptó'l nome Christine and the Queens en llanzando'l so EP debú Miséricorde independiente siguíu por otru EP en 2012 llamáu Mac Abadía. En 2012, fai l'actu d'apertura pa Lykke Li, El Dø y Woodkid según para Lilly Wood and the Prick en 2013. El so tercer llanzamientu foi un EP tituláu Nuit 17 à 52 col cual llogró'l so primera charting nel Gráficu d'Álbumes francés oficial SNEP.

En 2014 Letissier identificóse como pansexual.[7]
