Maggie Cheung Man Yuk (張曼玉 | cantonés: Jeung Maan Yuk | mandarín: Zhāng Màn Yù) (20 de setiembre de 1964, Ḥong Kong) ye una actriz china.

Biografía

Educada nel Reinu Xuníu ente los 8 y los 17 años, Cheung empezó la so carrera como modelu publicitaria y participando en concursos de guapura. Gracies a la so participación n'unu d'estos, foi escoyida pa intervenir na serie de TV Police Cadet'84, protagonizada por Tony Leung Chiu Wai en 1983, gracies a la cual robló un contratu col estudiu Shaw Bros., que la fixo debutar nel cine con Prince Charming en 1984. En 1985 intervieno na serie cinematográfica Police Story interpretando a la novia del personaxe de Jackie Chan. A partir de finales de la década de los 80 la carrera de Cheung empezó a llograr la reconocencia de la crítica gracies a convertise en musa del reputáu direutor Wong Kar Wai, y a una serie de premios cinematográficos: l'Osu de Plata del Festival de cine de Berlín pol so papel de Rouen Ling Yu, la primer estrella del cine chinu, en Center Stage (1992), el Premiu d'interpretación femenina del Festival de Cannes por Clean (2004), el Premiu de l'Asociación de Críticos de Hong Kong por Comrades: Almost a Love Story (1996), amás de cinco Golden Horse Awards y otros cinco Hong Kong Film Awards.
