আল-আকসা ফাউন্ডেশন একটি আন্তর্জাতিক দাতব্য সংস্থা, যা ১৯৯৭ সালে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়। ২০০২ সালে জুলাই মাসে জার্মান কর্তৃপক্ষের দ্বারা বন্ধ হবার আগ পর্যন্ত জার্মানিতে এর সদর দপ্তর ছিলো। এর স্থানীয় শাখা নেদারল্যান্ড, ডেনমার্ক, বেলজিয়াম, সুইডেন, পাকিস্তান, দক্ষিণ আফ্রিকা, ইয়েমেন ও অন্যান্য স্থানে রয়েছে।[২][৩]
