The 2024–25 season is the 92nd season in the history of AS Saint-Étienne. The season will see Saint-Étienne return to competing in Ligue 1 after winning the Ligue 2 qualifiers. In addition to the domestic league, the team is scheduled to participate in the Coupe de France.
