The 2024–25 Liga 4 Southwest Papua will be the inaugural season of Liga 4 Southwest Papua as a qualifying round for the national phase of the 2024–25 Liga 4.[1][2] The competition will be organised by the Southwest Papua Provincial PSSI Association.

A total of 11 teams are competing in this season.

Notes:

  • †In the 2023 season, despite the split into West Papua and Southwest Papua, teams from both provinces still competed in Liga 3 West Papua.
