Garmdarreh Rural District (Persian: دهستان گرمدره) is in the Central District of Karaj County, Alborz province, Iran. It is administered from the city of Garmdarreh.[3]

At the census of 2006, its population (as a part of Tehran province) was 544 in 138 households,[4] and in the most recent census of 2016, it had decreased to 221 in 75 households, by which time the county had separated from the province and become a part of recently established Alborz province.[5] The largest of its 13 villages was Shahrak-e Taleqani, with 111 people.[2]
