Jarahi Rural District (Persian: دهستان جراحی) is in the Central District of Mahshahr County, Khuzestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Hashcheh-ye Sofla.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 51,358 in 10,424 households.[3] There were 19,730 inhabitants in 4,517 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 20,884 in 4,968 households. The largest of its 154 villages was Shahrak-e Ayatollah Madani, with 6,089 people.[2]
