Murtaza Solangi

Murtaza Solangi is a Pakistani print, radio and television journalist, former Director General of Radio Pakistan, and former broadcaster at VOA's Urdu broadcasting service.[1][2] In August 2023 he was appointed caretaker Minister of Information and Broadcasting.[3] He is responsible for overseeing the media affairs of the country in the interim period before the 2024 Pakistani general election.[4] In 2010, he was accused of harassment by female officials while he was Director General of the Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation.[5]
