The National Security Act, 2024 is an appropriations bill enacted by the 118th Congress and signed into law by president Joe Biden on April 24, 2024. It provides $95.3 billion of foreign aid for Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan, and includes the 21st Century Peace through Strength Act.[1]

The National Security Act passed the House of Representatives on April 20, 2024, as H.R. 8034, H.R. 8035, H.R. 8036, and H.R. 8038.[2]
Senate
The National Security Act passed the Senate on April 23.[3]
