Oponešice is a municipality and village in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 200 inhabitants.

Oponešice lies approximately 27 kilometres (17 mi) south-west of Třebíč, 40 km (25 mi) south of Jihlava, and 146 km (91 mi) south-east of Prague.
