Poecilotheriinae, es una subfamilia de arañas migalomorfas de la familia Theraphosidae. La subfamilia Poecilotheriinae está formada por tres tarántulas de la India y Sri Lanka, que se consideran amenazadas. Esta subfamilia está formada por un solo género: Poecilotheria Simon, 1885
