English Football League One (lühendatult League One, sponspori järgi Sky Bet League One) on Inglismaa jalgpalli tugevuselt kolmas liiga ja The Football League'i tugevuselt teine liiga.
League One'i esimene hooaeg toimus 2004–2005. Enne seda oli alates 1992. aastast Inglismaa jalgpalli tugevuselt kolmas liiga Football League Second Division ja alates 1920. aastast Football League Third Division.
Liigas mängib 24 klubi, kes igaüks kohtub vastasega kaks korda, korra kodus ja korra võõrsil. Nii mängib iga meeskond liigas ühel hooajal 46 mängu. Hooaja lõpus liigas kaks enim punkte kogunud võistkonda tõusevad Inglismaa esiliigasse ja kohtadele 3.–6. jäänud meeskonnad selgitavad veel omavahel ühe edasi jõudva meeskonna. Neli viimast meeskonda langevad neljandasse liigasse EFL League Two.
