Janine Connes (Frantzia, 1934) astronomo frantses bat da, Fourierren espektroskopia infragorri eraldatuaren metodoa ezartzera eraman zuena.[1]

Biografia

Connesen lana Fourierren transformatu espektrofotometroaren teknika aztertzea da batez ere, 1954an hasi baitzen arlo hori ikasten.[2] Bere tesiak eta ondorengo argitalpenek erabiltzeko behar diren xehetasun praktikoen azterketa sakona egin zuten, diseinu goiztiarraren printzipioetako asko ezartzeko egiaztatutako tesiarekin.[3] Pierre Connes senarrarekin, Artizarra eta Marteren argazkiak egin zituen Bigorreko Observatoire du Pic du Midin, metodoa erabiliz, ordura arte besteek baino irudi hobeak aurkeztuz.[4][5] Connesek interferometriaren erabileraren abantaila identifikatu zuen.[6]
