ABC (lyhenne sanoista American Broadcasting Company) on vuonna 1943 perustettu yhdysvaltalainen radio- ja televisioyhtiö.
Yhtiön pääkonttori sijaitsee New Yorkissa. ABC näkyy Yhdysvaltojen lisäksi Kanadassa, Meksikossa ja joissakin Keski-Amerikan maissa.
Historia
Yhtiö perustettiin vuonna 1943 Yhdysvaltain telehallintoviraston määrättyä Radio Corporation of American myymään niin sanotun NBC Blue Networkin.[2] Vuonna 1948 radion rinnalle tuli televisiotoiminta. Vuonna 1953 taloudellisissa vaikeuksissa ollut ABC fuusioitui Leonard H. Goldensonin johtaman United Paramount Theatersin kanssa.[3] Nykyisin yhtiön omistaa The Walt Disney Company. ABC myi radiotoimintansa 2006 Citadel Broadcasting Corporationsille.[4]

ABC:n suosituimpia televisiosarjoja ovat olleet muun muuassa Batman, Onnen päivät, Kupla, Dynastia, Twin Peaks, Lost, Alias, Greyn anatomia, Scandal, Täydelliset naiset, Olipa kerran ja Ruma Betty.
