Émilie Dequenne (Prancis: [emilidəkɛn]; 29 Agustus 1981 – 16 Maret 2025) adalah seorang aktris Belgia. Ia pertama kali dikenal karena perannya dalam film Dardenne brothers Rosetta (1999), yang membuatnya meraih Penghargaan Festival Film Cannes untuk Aktris Terbaik. Film tersebut juga memenangkan Palme d'Or di festival tersebut.[1]

Sepanjang kariernya, ia tampil dalam berbagai film, termasuk film thriller sejarah Brotherhood of the Wolf (2001), film drama The Girl on the Train (2009), film drama psikologis Our Children (2012), dan film drama Love Affair(s) (2020). Atas film terakhir ini, ia memenangkan Penghargaan César untuk Aktris Pendukung Terbaik.
