Spica (α Vir, α Virginis, Alpha Virginis) adalah bintang yang paling terang pada rasi bintang Virgo, dan bintang terterang ke-15 yang terlihat pada malam hari. Bintang ini memiliki jarak sekitar 260 tahun cahaya dari Bumi. Bintang ini juga dikenal sebagai raksasa biru, dan merupakan Bintang variabel dari Tipe Beta Cephei

Spica merupakan bintang yang paling panas dan umumnya berwarna biru.
