Il campionato mondiale Superbike 2021 è la trentaquattresima edizione del campionato mondiale Superbike.

Il titolo piloti viene vinto, nell'ultimo evento stagionale, da Toprak Razgatlıoğlu con una Yamaha YZF-R1. Razgatlıoğlu conquista ben ventinove piazzamenti a podio in stagione, di cui tredici vittorie, sopravanzando di tredici punti il campione uscente Jonathan Rea, anch'egli vincitore in tredici occasioni. Per la casa dei tre diapason si tratta del secondo titolo dopo quello ottenuto nel 2009 con Ben Spies.[1] Terzo classificato è Scott Redding su Ducati.

Per quanto concerne il Trofeo Indipendenti, Garrett Gerloff, dopo un buon margine iniziale, difende la posizione dal più diretto inseguitoreː Axel Bassani chiudendo con diciotto punti di vantaggio.[2]

Tra i costruttori prevale Yamaha, che bissa il titolo conquistato nel 2007,[2] seconda si classifica Ducati a soli tredici punti e con dieci vittorie stagionali. Terza posizione per Kawasaki dopo sei titoli consecutivi; più staccate BMW e Honda.

Piloti partecipanti

Tutte le motociclette in competizione sono equipaggiate con pneumatici forniti dalla Pirelli. Contestualmente alla classifica mondiale, vi sono alcuni piloti (indicati in tabella come piloti della "classe IND") che concorrono per il trofeo indipendenti (vi partecipano infatti i piloti dei team che non sono di diretta emanazione di una casa motociclistica).
