Kreplach (saka Yiddish lan Ivri: קרפלך
) yaiku pangsit cilik sing diisi daging sing diobong, kentang tumbuk utawa isi liyane, biasane digodhog lan disedhiyakake ing sup pitik, sanajan bisa uga digoreng.[1] Dheweke padha karo uszka Polen, pelmeni Ruslan, ravioli Italia utawa tortellini, Maultaschen Jerman, lan jiaozi lan wonton Tionghoa. Adonan umume digawe saka glepung, banyu lan endhog, diuleni banjur digulung tipis. Sawetara juru masak modern nggunakake seprei adonan beku utawa wungkus wonton.
