참 반가운 성도여(O Come, All Ye Faithful 또는 Adeste Fideles)는 존 프란시스 웨이드(1711–1786), 존 리딩(1645–1692), 포르투갈의 주앙 4세(1604-1656) 및 익명의 시토회 수도사들 등 다양한 작가의 작품으로 여겨지는 크리스마스 캐럴이다. 최초의 인쇄 버전은 웨이드가 출판한 책에 있다.[1][2][3] 1751년에 작성된 웨이드의 원고는 랭커셔주의 스토니허스트 칼리지(Stonyhurst College)에 보관되어 있다.
이 찬송가의 원래 4절은 총 8절로 확장되었으며, 이 찬송은 여러 언어로 번역되었다. 1841년 영국 가톨릭 신부 프레더릭 오클리(Frederick Oakeley)가 이 찬송을 "O Come All Ye Faithful"로 영어로 번역하여 영어권 국가에 널리 퍼졌다.
