കോൻടോലീസ്സ റൈസ് (/ˌkɒndəˈliːzə/; ജനനം നവംബർ14, 1954) അമേരിക്കൻ രാഷ്ട്രീയ ശാസ്ത്രജ്ഞയും നയതന്ത്രജ്ഞയുമാണ്. അമേരിക്കൻ ഐക്യനാടുകളിലെ 66-ാമത്തെ സ്റ്റേറ്റ് സെക്രട്ടറിയായിരുന്നു റൈസ് (ജനുവരി 26, 2005 – ജനുവരി 20, 2009). അമേരിക്കൻ ഐക്യനാടുകളുടെ നാൽപ്പത്തിമൂന്നാമത്തെ പ്രസിഡന്റായിരുന്ന ജോർജ്ജ് ഡബ്ല്യു. ബുഷിന്റെ ഓഫീസ് സെക്രട്ടറിയായിരുന്ന റൈസ് ആദ്യത്തെ ആഫ്രിക്കൻ-അമേരിക്കൻ വനിതാ സ്റ്റേറ്റ് സെക്രട്ടറിയും രണ്ടാമത്തെ ആഫ്രിക്കൻ-അമേരിക്കൻ സ്റ്റേറ്റ് സെക്രട്ടറിയും രണ്ടാമത്തെ വനിതാ സ്റ്റേറ്റ് സെക്രട്ടറിയും ആയിരുന്നു. ആദ്യത്തെ ആഫ്രിക്കൻ-അമേരിക്കൻ സ്റ്റേറ്റ് സെക്രട്ടറി കോളിൻ പവെലും ആദ്യത്തെ വനിതാ സ്റ്റേറ്റ് സെക്രട്ടറി മഡലീൻ ആൽബ്രൈറ്റ് ആയിരുന്നു. ബുഷ് ആദ്യത്തെ പ്രാവശ്യം പ്രസിഡന്റായിരുന്നപ്പോൾ റൈസ് ബുഷിന്റെ നാഷണൽ സെക്യൂരിറ്റിയുടെ ഉപദേഷ്ടാവ് ആയിരുന്നു.
