Pergamon , Pergamum atau Pérgamo (dalam Greek , Πέργαμος atau Πέργαμον ) adalah sebuah kota Greek Purba kini di Turki moden, di Mysia, pada hari terletak 16 batu (26 km) dari Laut Aegean di sebuah tanjung ke utara sungai Caicus (kini di Bakırçay), yang menjadi ibu negara bagi Kerajaan Pergamon semasa zaman Hellenistik, di bawah dinasti Attalid, 281–133 SM.
