Templat:Politics of North Korea Perlembagaan Sosialis Republik Rakyat Demokratik Korea (Chosongul: 조선민주주의인민공화국 사회주의헌법) ialah perlembagaan Korea Utara. Perlembagaan ini telah dipersetujui oleh Dewan Rakyat Agung ke-6 pada sesi pertamanya pada 27 Disember 1972, dan telah dipinda dan ditambah pada 1998, 2009, 2012, 2013, 2016 dan 2019. Ia diganti dengan perlembagaan pertama negara yang diluluskan pada tahun 1948.

Perlembagaan ini mengandungi tujuh bab dengan 171 perkara dan mengkanunkan prinsip asas Korea Utara terhadap politik, ekonomi, budaya dan pertahanan negara, hak asasi dan kewajipan warganegara, pertubuhan kerajaan Korea Utara dan simbol kebangsaan negara.

Korea Utara juga ditadbir oleh Sepuluh Prinsip Penubuhan Sistem Ideologi Teguh, yang beberapa mendakwa telah datang menggantikan perlembagaan dan pada praktiknya digunakan sebagai undang-undang agung negara.^[1][2][3]
