Robert Fitzgreald Diggs (5 Julai 1969) atau juga dikenali dengan nama pentasnya RZA [ri-za] merupakan seorang penyanyi rap, pemuzik dan pelakon Amerika Syarikat. Beliau terutamanya merupakan ketua dalam kumpulan hip-hop Wu-Tang Clan.

Beliau turut terlibat dalam penggubahan seberapa produksi filem Hollywood dan anime seperti Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai, Kill Bill, Tom-Yum-Goong, American Gangster dan Afro Samurai. Beliau mengarah dan melakonkan watak utama dalam filem The Man with the Iron Fists tahun 2012.
