Appius Claudius Pulcher var romersk konsul i 212 f.Kr.

Han deltok i den andre punerkrig og var guvernør i Sicilia i 214. Han var medkommandant på en ekspedisjon til øya i 213 sammen med Marcus Claudius Marcellus da karthagerne landet der.[10] Claudius ble beseiret i det første slaget ved Capua mens han var konsul.

Han var sønn til Publius Claudius Pulcher som var konsul i 249 f.Kr..
