ਈਸਬਗੋਲ (Plantago ovata, ਸੰਸਕ੍ਰਿਤ: स्निग्धबीजम्) ਇੱਕ ਇੱਕ ਝਾੜੀਨੁਮਾ ਪੌਧਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਦੇ ਬੀਜ ਦਾ ਛਿਲਕਾ ਕਬਜ, ਜੁਲਾਬ ਆਦਿ ਅਨੇਕ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਰੋਗਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਯੁਰਵੈਦਿਕ ਔਸ਼ਧੀ ਹੈ। ਸੰਸਕ੍ਰਿਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਸਨਿਗਧਬੀਜਮ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
