Timothy Zahn (ur. 1 września 1951 w Chicago) – amerykański pisarz science fiction. Najbardziej znany jest z książek z serii Star Wars (trylogia Thrawna i dylogia „Ręka Thrawna”), jest też autorem cyklów „Kobra” i „Conquerors”. W 1984 otrzymał Nagrodę Hugo za opowiadanie Cascade Point.
