Mänttä-Vilppula (Swadish: Mänttä-Filpula) is a toun an municipality o Finland. The municipality wis formed on 1 Januar 2009 when the touns o Mänttä an Vilppula wur consolidatit intae a single municipality. It is locatit in the Pirkanmaa region.

The toun haes a population o 11,388 (31 Januar 2011)[1] an covers an aurie o 657.10 square kilometres (253.71 sq mi) o which 122.61 km2 (47.34 sq mi) is water.[2]

The municipality is unilingually Finnish.

Major lakes in the aurie include the lakes Ruovesi, Kuorevesi an Keurusselkä.
