Tyumen Oblast (Roushie: Тюме́нская о́бласть, Tyumenskaya oblast) is a federal subject o Roushie (an oblast). Its admeenistrative center is the ceety o Tyumen. The oblast haes admeenistrative jurisdiction ower twa autonomous okrugsKhanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug an Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. Tyumen is the lairgest ceety, wi ower hauf a million indwallers. It is bi far the richest federal subject o Roushie, wi an average GDP per caipita several times the naitional average.[9] Population: 3,395,755 (2010 Census).[5]
