Acetil-KoA C-acetiltransferaza (EC 2.3.1.9, acetoacetil-KoA tiolaza, beta-acetoacetil koenzim A tiolaza, 2-metilacetoacetil-KoA tiolaza, 3-oksotiolaza, acetil koenzim A tiolaza, acetil-KoA acetiltransferaza, acetil-KoA:N-acetiltransferaza, tiolaza II) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom acetil-KoA:acetil-KoA C-acetiltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
