Glicerol dehidrogenaza (EC 1.1.1.6, glicerolna dehidrogenaza, glicerin dehidrogenaza, NAD+-vezani glicerol dehidrogenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom glicerol:NAD+ 2-oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- glicerol + NAD+ gliceron + NADH + H+
Ovaj enzim takođe deluje na propan-1,2-diol.
