Glicin N-aciltransferaza (EC 2.3.1.13, glicinska aciltransferaza, glicin-N-acilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom acil-KoA:glicin N-aciltransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- acil-KoA + glicin KoA + N-acilglicin
Donori mogu da budu KoA derivati brojnih alifatičnih i aromatičnih kiselina, mada ne fenilacetil-KoA ili (indol-3-il)acetil-KoA.
