Glukoza Sfingolipid Glukocerebrozid (glukozilceramid ) je cerebrozid kod koga je monosaharidna čeona grupa glukoza .
Glukocerebrozidi su uglavnom prisutni u neneuronskom tkivu i normalno se akumuliraju kod obolelih od Gošeove bolesti, jer je glukocerebrozidaza odsutna ili nije funkcionalna.
