IkB kinaza (EC 2.7.11.10, CHUK, IKBKA, IKBKB, IKK, IKK-1, IKK-2, inhibitor of NFkapaB kinaza, inhibitor NF-kappaB kinaza, STK12, TANK-vezujući kinaza 1, TBK1) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:(IkappaB protein) fosfotransferaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim fosforiliše IkapaB proteine na specifičnim serinskim ostacima.
