Izopiperitenonska D-izomeraza (EC 5.3.3.11, Isopiperitenone Delta-isomerase) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom izopiperitenon Delta8-Delta4-izomeraza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- izopiperitenon piperitenon
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u biosintezi mentola i srodnih monoterpena u lišću peperminta (Mentha piperita).
