Kay Francis (13. januar 1905 - 26. august 1968) bila je američka teatarska i filmska glumica, koja je stekla status zvijezde na Broadwayu 1920-ih te u Hollywoodu početkom 1930-ih. Rođena je u glumačkoj porodici, a karijeru je ostvarila usprkos govorne mane. Najveće uspjehe je u filmovima studija Warner Bros. sa čijim se vodstvom, međutim, posvađala, a što ju je do kraja 1930-ih degradiralo u B-filmove.
