Ornitin ciklodeaminaza (EC 4.3.1.12, ornitinska ciklaza, ornitinska ciklaza (deaminacija), OCD) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-ornitin amonijak-lijaza (ciklizacija).[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- L-ornitin L-prolin + NH3
Ovaj enzim je član mi-kristalinske proteinske familije. Reakciju stimuliše prisustvo ADP ili ATP, a inhibira je O2.
