Plutonovo srce ili Tombaugh Regio je geološka regija na patuljastom planetu Plutonu.[1][2][3] To je velika regija svijetle boje, promjera oko 1.590 km,[4] te je dobila naziv "srce" od NASE i raznih medija.[5][6][7]

Regija je prvi put identificirana prilikom preleta svemirske letjelica New Horizons iznad Plutona.
