Steven Vincent "Steve" Buscemi (IPA: [bʊˈʃɛmi]; rođen 13. decembra 1957.) je američki glumac i filmski režiser, koji se nakon nastupa u filmu Reservoir Dogs nametnuo u jednog od najprepoznatljivijih i najhvaljenijih tumača karakternih uloga u Hollywoodu.
Buscemi je u mladosti bio njujorški vatrogasac, a nakon napada 11. septembra 2001. godine se kao dobrovoljac javio u svoju staru stanicu te tjedan dana pomagao u čišćenju ruševina.
