Sulfit reduktaza (EC 1.8.99.1, asimilatorna sulfitna reduktaza, asimilatorni tip sulfitne reduktaza, vodonik-sulfid:(akceptor) oksidoreduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom vodonik-sulfid:akceptor oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- vodonik sulfid + akceptor + 3H2O sulfit + redukovani akceptor
Ovaj enzim sadrži gvožđe.
