Corporate governance Corporate governance describes how a corporation is directed. Corporate governance is related to but different from management . People responsible for corporate governance are known as board of directors .[ 1]
Corporate governance also provides the structure through which the objectives of the company are set, and the means of attaining those objectives and monitoring performance are changed.[ 2]
