Date honey

Date honey or Date syrup (in Arabic: Rub, in Hebrew: Silan) is a sweet syrup made from dates. It is very popular in North Africa and Middle East cuisines. In the Iranian cuisine and the Greek cuisine, it is also used to sweeten Tahini.
