Landon Donovan (born 4 March 1982 ) is a former American soccer player. He played for the Los Angeles Galaxy and United States national team , and was the captain for both of them. He is the former captain of The Los Angeles Galaxy and the men's national team.
Donovan has more assists than any other male player, and is the leader of assists for the United States men's national team, and also the second place for most appearances.
