The Maine House of Representatives is the lower house of the Maine Legislature. The House is made of 151 voting members and three nonvoting members. The voting members represent an equal number of districts across the state. The House also has nonvoting members representing three of Maine's Native American tribes.[1]

- ↑ The seat of Rep.-elect Joe Perry, who declined to take the oath of office on December 4, 2024 after being nominated by Democrats in the Legislature to be Maine State Treasurer, to which post he was subsequently elected unanimously by joint ballot of the Legislature.
