Michael Braverman Goodman Froman (born August 20, 1962)[1] is an American lawyer and politician. He was the U.S. Trade Representative from 2013 to 2017.

He was Assistant to the President of the United States and Deputy National Security Advisor for International Economic Affairs, a position held jointly at the National Security Council and the National Economic Council.[2]

On May 2, 2013 President Barack Obama nominated him to succeed Ambassador Ron Kirk as the U.S. Trade Representative.[3][4] He was confirmed on June 19, 2013.
