Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein is a 2001 Hindi-language romance movie. It was directed and written by Gautham Vasudev Menon. The music was composed by Harris Jayaraj. It is a remake of Menon's own Tamil film Minnale which was released in the same year. This movie stars R. Madhavan, Saif Ali Khan and Dia Mirza in the lead roles.

This movie was released on October 19, 2001, but unlike the original which was successful, this one was average at the box office.
