กลุ่มอาการเพรเดอร์-วิลลี (อังกฤษ: Prader-Willi syndrome) เป็นอาการป่วย ซึ่งผู้ป่วยจะมีรูปร่างอ้วนมาก มือเท้าเล็ก กินจุ ภาวะทางด้านสมองที่อาจจะมีความฉลาดน้อย มีความบกพร่องทางสติปัญญา มีพฤติกรรมแปลกๆ เช่น พูดช้า มีภาวะเป็นออทิสติกร่วมด้วย ซึ่งทั้งหมดเกิดจากความผิดปกติของโครโมโซม 15 สาเหตุเกิดจากพันธุกรรม [7]
