จานิสซารี (อังกฤษ: Janissary; ตุรกีออตโตมัน: يڭيچرى, อักษรโรมัน: yeŋiçeri, [jeniˈtʃeɾi], แปลว่า ทหารใหม่) เป็นสมาชิกหน่วยทหารราบชั้นสูงที่อยู่ในกองทหารรักษาพระองค์ของราชวงศ์ออตโตมัน และเป็นกองทัพประจำการสมัยใหม่หน่วยแรกในยุโรป[3][4][5] กองกำลังน่าจะก่อตั้งขึ้นในรัชสมัยสุลต่านออร์ฮานที่ 1 (ค.ศ. 1324–1362)[3] ในสมัยแกรนด์วิเซียร์อาลาเอดดีน
