สเปซเอ็กซ์ ครูว์-2 (อังกฤษ: SpaceX Crew-2) จะเป็นเที่ยวบินปฏิบัติการลำที่สองของยานอวกาศครูว์ดรากอน และนับเป็นครั้งที่สามที่เป็นเที่ยวบินโคจรที่มีลูกเรือ ปัจจุบันภารกิจนี้มีแผนจะปล่อยตัวในวันที่ 30 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2564 [1] รอวันที่ปล่อยตัวจริงของภารกิจ SpaceX Crew-1 และการปรับปรุงแคปซูล Endeavour หลังจากการกู้คืน Demo-2 [2][3] ภารกิจ Crew-2 จะส่งลูกเรือสี่คนไปยังสถานีอวกาศนานาชาติ

เมื่อวันที่ 28 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2563 JAXA, ESA และ NASA ยืนยันการมอบหมายงานแก่นักบินอวกาศในภารกิจนี้ [4][5]
