Rodolphe William Seeldrayers (16 Aralık 1876; Düsseldorf , Almanya - 7 Ekim 1955; Brüksel , Belçika ), Belçikalı spor gazetecisi. 1954'ten 1955'e kadar FIFA 'nın dördüncü başkanı olarak görev yapmıştır.
