聖路易區（法語：Saint Louis，法语发音：[sɛ̃ lwi]）是塞舌爾的25個行政區之一，位於主島馬埃島的中部，北毗博瓦隆區和蒙比克斯通区，東臨贝莱尔区，南接格洛港区，西鄰贝隆布尔区，面積為1平方公里，2002年居民人數是3,325。
